The Ultimate Golf Fitness Program, Level 1: Mobility

The Ultimate Golf Fitness Program, Level 1: Mobility

In this 12-Week program you'll receive 2 workouts per week that can be repeated for 4 workouts per week. Workouts will take 20-35 minutes and only require a set of mini-bands and yoga mat.


This program is for:


  • Anyone new to fitness


  • Those looking to add more flexibility exercises on top of their strength routine


  • Golfers who want to work on injury prevention

The Ultimate Golf Fitness Program, Level 2: Strength

This is a 12-Week Progressive Strength Program that can be performed with The Home Golf Fitness Packagea set of mini-bands, and yoga mat. If you have access to dumbbells and a bench there are options for them as well.


  • 40-55 minute workouts


  • Gym or no-gym options


  • Videos and descriptions of all exercises


  • Three progressive 4-Week phases of workouts (2, 3, or 4 day a week options)

This program is for:


  • Regular golfers


  • Physically active


  • Seeking the next challenge

The Ultimate Golf Fitness Program, Level 3: Power

This is a 12-Week Progressive Strength & Power Program that can be performed with The Home Golf Fitness Packagemini-bands, dumbbells, bench, barbell, bumper plates, kettlebells, and a yoga mat.


(Optional: Plyo Boxes, TRX, Cable Cross Machine, and Back Extension Machine)


  • 50-75 minute workouts


  • Gym or home gym


  • Videos and descriptions of all exercises


  • Three progressive 4-week phases of workouts (4 day a week)

This program is for:


  • Skilled or professional-level golfer


  • Active athlete


  • Ready to take both your fitness and your golf game to the next level
